Patient Information

100% of Access Now patients report being satisfied or extremely satisfied with the care they receive from Access Now physician volunteers.

Access Now Patient Information

If you are an uninsured patient who receives primary care at one of our participating safety net clinics, Access Now is here for you if your clinic determines you need to be seen by a specialist. Once a patient qualifies for our program by enrolling with a clinic, the clinic provider will determine when there is a need for specialty care. Access Now will coordinate those appointments for you. We are fortunate to have hundreds of specialists who agree to see patients in their offices free of charge when referred through our program. These physicians receive no compensation for the care they provide.

  • If you or someone you know is in need of specialty medical care, please review our Qualifications Checklist, either in English or in Spanish.

  • If you live in Virginia but outside the Richmond area and need access to medical care, you may find a safety-net clinic to help you here.

  • If you are a safety-net clinic and want more information about our program please contact us.

  • If you have been told to apply online by your clinic or Access Now, CLICK HERE.

Primary Care Clinics

If you are not currently enrolled, you must first be seen in one of our participating primary care clinics. See the map below for a list and location of all of our Primary Care Clinics.
