Access Now enlists an extraordinary group of more than 1,000 Richmond area physicians and other providers who generously donate their services for patients referred through our program. Access Now is committed to providing our caring volunteers with a coordinated referral system, recognizing the valuable time and resources donated in return.

Access Now appreciates the incredible commitment to our program that medical volunteers offer. To ensure the efficient coordination of care, Access Now provides all volunteers with:

• A complete medical referral summary with all necessary clinical tests and results
• A copy of financial screening documentation
• Spanish interpretation services if needed
• One-stop shopping if a patient needs a referral to another specialist
• Medical Malpractice coverage through the Department of Risk Management
• Up to 15 continuing education credit hours per regulation 18VAC85-20-235-A2
